Book Three: Sword of Peace

After defeating the Dark Wizard in book two, the KingMaker series continues with Stephen (or the name of your hero) racing back to the west to rescue his sister Meredith. He soon learns that she is a captive of the most massive army ever assembled.
Prodromos, the elf necromancer, has amassed an army too large for any to imagine. Already they've crossed the Walland river, defeating along the way, the combined armies of Palmyra and The Plains Federation. Elements of their army rush to take the River Rhea while others press the attack south along a front that stretches over a hundred miles.

Remnants of Palmyra's army and dwarves fortify the tiny River Rhea, aided by a sorceress. Seeing this, Stephen directs his army into the swamp in an effort to attack the Army of the West in the rear. He hopes to gain something by linking up with the elves. What he doesn't count on is learning that enchanter of his sword is none other than Elizabeth, Queen of the Ozark elves.

An exerpt from the story:
(remember, in your book Stephen is changed to the name of your hero)
“Del Rose?” Solomon said. “That is on the other side of the Walland and Prodromos has owned it for more than six months. The elves at Lyle’s outpost were overrun and have retreated to form a line between Harrowgate and Bonne Terre.” He shook his head. “No. Even if you passed south of that line, through the Ozark Republic, once you crossed the Walland you would have to battle the Army of the West for a hundred miles before you reached Del Rose. It can not be done.”
“And the Dark Wizard can’t be killed,” Stephen said.
“Four boys can’t defeat an ent,” Cevy said
“Men can’t locate the sun while under the ground,” Kevin said.
“Dwarves can’t put down gold,” Sarah said.
They all looked at Tyler.
“Uh, Kevin can’t smell his own farts.”
“What?” Kevin said.
The others burst out laughing.
“It’s true!” Tyler held up his hands. “I’ve been in the same tent choking and gagging and he’s fine.”
